Partnerships
Emerald Food Journal considers collaborations that fit its food-focused coverage and respect readers' ability to tell editorial work from partner material.
Possible collaborations
We consider relevant educational projects, clearly scoped content collaborations, event or resource partnerships and paid placements connected to food culture or kitchen learning. A proposal should explain the subject, intended audience, proposed format and what each party would contribute. We do not accept proposals that require unsupported claims or guaranteed editorial conclusions.
Partner placements
Partners may be considered for placements across the site where the subject is relevant to readers. These placements are identified as partner material wherever they appear, including when they link to a partner's own page. Labelling is intended to make the relationship easy to recognise, not to imply independent endorsement.
Editorial boundaries
Partnerships do not grant control over independent editorial coverage. We retain the ability to decline, revise or remove material that does not meet our standards for clarity, relevance and transparency. We will not suggest that an editorial piece is independent when it has been paid for or shaped by a partner.
Send a proposal
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed subject, format, placement or collaboration requested and any relevant relationship that readers should know about. Please do not send confidential information through the form.
